Fluoropolymers (PTFE)

A fluoropolymer is a fluorocarbon-based polymer with multiple carbon–fluorine bonds. It is characterized by a high resistance to solvents, acids, and bases. (Wikipedia)

Compression Molding

Compression molding is a method of molding in which the molding material is first placed in an open mold cavity. The mold is closed with a top force or plug member, pressure is applied to force the material into contact with the product mold, while pressure is maintained until the molding material has set. This process yields resins in a partially formed stage. Shapes are then sintered  and cured. (Wikipedia)

Polyurethane Molding

Polyurethane casting is a fast, efficient and cost effective way to cast a variety of plastics in different colors and hardiness. Casting polyurethane involve pouring liquid polyurethane into molds where it solidifies.
